I think it’s because one of of your three relays we have in common. If ever your client doesn’t broadcast to that one for some reason, then I don’t see a notification for it. You should add a blastr relay. Try this one wss://sendit.nosflare.com

Maybe keep nos.lol and the one I gave you and switch one of the other ones for Damus for example. YODL and I have it. Free relay. It’s a big one. Maybe that could help
