EU Gardener Borrell has launched "Consultative Group" between EU and "Belarusian Democratic Forces and Civil Society", announcing that they've spent €100 million to support "human rights organizations, independent media" and are ready to activate €3 BILLION plan once "Belarus embarks on a path to democratic transition."

Seems like the EU has had it with Lukashenko and are going to try and install their puppet.
