Haven’t used potting soil before, why would it cause splotchy leaves and yellowing? Beans and Tomato plants.

Too much nitrogen in the potting mix? I flushed their soil yesterday till the water came out clear, hopefully that is the issue and they get healthier this week 😅😮💨
