I still don't get it. Currently, all livestream, live podcast are all from other platforms, youtube live, Twitter live and put a link on nostr clients. Can nostr do this natively ? I don't know if it is possible

nostr would only be used to coordinate the sessions, the actual voip would be via protocols that are good at realtime voice comms.

there we can support. my team wrote the first commercial voip apps from

2006 to 2014 also for carriers, with encryption…
