Dear Diary,

Every moment is a blessing and it requires focus to experience the blessing.

I find myself losing focus often. Focus on the right priorities. Focus on the ones I love. Focus on my breath. Focus on the now.

So I make my daily pledge again as I head into this next week:

“I am here with love.“

I will fail often and that’s okay as long as I always come back to those words.
