There wont be a full fledged war. The EU would get deleted in one day if they were to face Russia (backed by China) AND the USA. But after they've pretty much destroyed the economy, social infrastructures and vast parts of European industrial sectors, the money is now in the industrial military complex. A new pandemic would be to obvious.
