I know a number of NHS and council workers. They're cheering it on. Also business owners whose entire business depends upon money they're given by the council or government - and there's plenty of that going around. Everyone I know in the private sector is suffering. It's fucked up because at least half the population is now dependent amd there's no way democracy can undoubtedly this mess. That's why parallel economies and social systems seem to be the way forward, from my point of view.

Yeah I guess that makes sense if the public sector is what around 45% of the economy now! Wont last much longer because it cant ... or put it this way the longer they drag things out the worse it will be for the people who think this is acceptable.
Its disgustingly bloated. A fixed money supply would prevent all of this.
It's insane that it's almost half the economy. Hundreds of billions every year, and no matter who people vote for, they'll continue borrowing money from the banks, while unelected civil servants continue to push their agenda through the government.
The podcast of the lotus eaters has a new segment on it about people being given motability BMW cars that are a few years old.
It's absolutely mind-blowing just how much money they must be pissing up the wall, while they claim they need to raise taxes to fill a deficit.
When you have an unlimited budget and the right personality, the printer will keep printing while everyone else suffers.
I've been watching Carl dissect a lot of this. He does good work.
Yeah a little strange watch him and the rest of his team expose stuff like this almost daily basis, because it shows just how complicit/incompetent the legacy media are in this too.
They correctly identify a lot of the upstream issues, like immigration being upstream of social services, but they fail to make the connection that it all stems from the money which is disappointing.
Yes the hard money would of course fix this that's obviously why large parts of it are dead against it. The inflation here of course has been horrendous the last few years the worst of the G7 etc and I think people are finally starting to work out the cause of it.
