Well... i would say start with 1/2 sats and once you have it working create tables on the fly to whatever range.

Not sure the idea is viable...

Only useful if it csn be done in a decentralized way.

Lots to figure out...

if you're doing low blinds ecash is fine.

and easier to implement.
