Just some words to share with you all...Last February I celebrated surviving my first four years in Bitcoin..you might say I have seen the mountain top and the dry valley below at least once...as we begin our ascent yet again toward new highs. I have been reflecting on the changes that I have undergone during my transformation into the bitcoiner you see before you now..I remember setting up a Coinbase account and eventually making my first purchase...all I remember was not really knowing what I was doing...eventually one figures a few things out as one does and I managed to get a hardware wallet, I remember the feeling of checking my hardware wallet and seeing my satoshi's sitting there,where they sit to this day in my control. more recently, at least for the past year I have been running a node on both BTC and the lighting network... I really like Lightning I think having an outlet to pass sat's around is really satisfying for anyone who has never spent a sat before...It opens doors of thought.. now here I am...a regular lurker here on Nostr....I kind of like the type of community that is forming, one that values value... I am approaching my one year anniversary on nostr soon and in looking back I feel like I'm a whole different person than I was 4.5 years ago, before this journey started....If there is one thing I can attest to is that there is truth in the addage "You don't change Bitcoin, Bitcoin changes you."
