These days, whenever I feel that I’d like to drink or smoke, I just reflect on my feelings instead and try to understand what’s making me want to escape the present and try to attack it.

💜 Thank you, Angela. I’m still often enough escaping the missions needed to be done by procrastinating, but at least it’s not through unhealthy activities 💜
