I guess for this to work,he will need to have a wallet built into Damus, team with a 3rd party to sell bitcoin to the users. He can also discuss how the 3rd party would give 70% of the funds in sats to the wallet of user. And 30% of the funds, would remain fiat, sent back to an account held by dames. Then forwarded to apples pay team.

Or shooting in to the wind prepay dumas top up cards with the 30 percent apple cut taken out wouldn't need to be a exchange or license that way
