Month ago, I included two different supplements in my diet to take my prolactin level down without the need of an actual medication; it was a successful approach using only 1000 mg of folic acid and 800 mg of B-12.

Starting next week, I am going back to -2kg a week plan and with it I am including more supplements in my diet ( beside folic acid and B-12) that’s includes

Collagen

Vitamin A

Vitamin E

Vitamin C

Zinc
