The spare was flat! Then air pressure on machine didn’t get past 35, but I needed 60 psi!

Luckily the second air machine worked and got me to the full 60 so I could drive home.

Just pulled into driveway now!

Now weekend mode officially begins

Well done man was it hard?

No, not too tough. You just gotta know where to stick the jack!

I had a good lesson about 25 years from my Dad/Grandpa. We were camping in the desert and driving around in our Jeep. We got a flat in the middle of the canyon and 10 year old Zach said “What are we gonna do?” VERY dramatically. My Dad and Grandpa busted up laughing and my Grandpa said “we are going to change the tire bud”, matter of factly, and we did.

I can’t believe the first time I changed a tire on my own since then was today. I don’t think I have even thought about that memory in a decade.

Life is funny and time flies, but I’m thankful the lesson stuck!

Thanks for sharing,

Yeah that's a long time to change a tyre! Glad you remembered and didn't need external help.
