OpenBSD is my favorite, maybe because it was the first one. Now running also FreeBSD under qemu
They used to have the most skilled devs. Not sure about now, but higher standards than the linux foundation, of course.
I'm surprised the crypto world doesn't appreciate OpenBSD with its history of encryption libs.

Not much worse than Linux. I think it tells us about the general slow decline of desktop OSes.
You end up being a first class citizen running #Bitcoin and #Lightning applications on #Linux. Not so much with BSD were you probably have to compile from source or Windows where many supplications aren't supported at all.
