they sell bitcoin to cover the call

which drives bitcoin and mstr lower

vicious feedback loop

have heard a few direct reports of this, probably part of the reason for the dump to 112k

Heard their most recent call had language suggesting they might issue shares (or whatever they do, I don't follow too close) below mnav of 2.5, counter to some expectations/promises 🍿

they said they would stop selling mstr for bitcoin under 2.5 mnav, then changed course two weeks later
