Bitcoin on chain is possible on Plebian or only accept SAT?

yup, there is, and some neat and clear UI so you can request the payment address in the cart and the seller is prompted to give it to you and then you pay and give them the TXID and it checks the amount and existence of the transaction.
there isn't the old XPUB method tho, that's a privacy problem because anyone can see its addresses. don't reuse your addresses!
