multiple ways on Linux.
if you have iTunes stuff, you can sub to their music thingy and download non-drmed versions of anything you own in Windo$e or MacO$ then promptly unsub 🙈🙉🙊
owntone is a decent home steaming server for locally hosted files (Linux for sure, maybe other OS?)
