Without caring for my mind, body and soul I wouldn’t and didn’t look like this. It takes effort, constantly maintaining, work outs, healthy ish balanced life style, eating decent, meditating , good hygiene, washing this long ass hair , everything showers that take hrs, councillor apts, keeping up on nail apts , making sure I walk a lot and get fresh air. Ect ect ect lost really goes on.
