Oh gosh that even worse, I can’t stand them. Used to work in retail as well, and any time they didn’t get what they wanted they’d call for the manager like that was going to do anything 🤣

Try driving 30+ tons on rails through inner city traffic, was fun and wild as heck, but the first months dreams were rather intense…..
As was driving until hallucinating was later haha, but by then I was tough as hell & able to handle shit like that!
