Yea their criticism was their initial experience. And that’s fair, for what it is at least. Nostr/Damus was even less polished in 2022 when I started using it. So from my perspective Nostr, Damus, and all the other apps/clients, are amazing now compared to just a year and half ago. The progress has been astounding. But the criticisms, at least some of them, could give some guidance into things other new users may look for. Or at least what new users experience when they join. Nostr is a different animal than centralized social media in large part because it’s an entire ecosystem of apps and I think they completely missed the significance of that by trying only one app.
