4. chose a client that respect your privacy, meaning, you can sign in with a Signer protecting your nsec, it has TOR built in and above all, you can manage the relays you use. for the hashtags, just follow those of your interest, if you are in Amethyst you can. click on this hastag and then click follow #LOL
coinos.io will be self explanatory as well, once you are done, just edit your profile and add your desired coinos lighting network wallet.
