And my normal phone ore desktop has no access to any of that out of the box 🐶🐾🫡 hence the problem

You change DNS just like people do to send all their DNS queries to Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) (NOT RECOMMENDED). Nostr clients could prompt to use nostrDNS as option to users. Lot of easy fixes.

Lol! But seriously, we should just plug into OpenNIC and that all. They have much wider integration with DNS infra as is, and solve a ton of initial pains 🐶🐾🫡
