Replying to Avatar The Bird

Is the cartridge itself leaking or is it the faucet maybe failing? Enough tape wrapped in the right direction? Only ideas I've got for now lol. Sorry not much help

It didn’t give me these issues when I did the same thing 15 years ago…

The cartridges are brand specific as you're probably aware. I have an old American standard I had to order specially for mine because no hardware store carried the cartridge that matched. I have no clue though.
