Plain hand made umeboshi. I could luckily buy them last week for a reasonable price.
Since I am a vegetarian -- umeboshi is one of the traditional Japanese foods that I can eat 😅
The small bowl on the left is also made only from veggies. Cucumber, egg plant, violet ginger, leek and kombu sea weed, marinated with soy sauce and kombu soup!
