Go for a 1 hour walk and listen to the sounds of nature. Beats any Bitcoin podcast Feel the benefit instead of measuring it in questionable parameters.😀

Normally I would agree. But I live in a city and I’d rather listen to a jackhammer than the sounds of nature in my area 😂
