There's pinned notes on Snort.

It's a lot I don't check out Snort.. 👀

Nostrudel too, but they don't render in other clients

Unfortunately I use nostr 99% from phone still.. but I heard only super good reviews about nostrudel

NIP-51 Lists exists. Snort has had this for a year. I don't think anyone else ever implemented it.
