In all seriousness though, the fact that an otherwise nonviolent person in the US convicted of a nonviolent “felony” crime is barred for life from executing their right to own a firearm is fucking ridiculous.

Punishment should fit the crime, not set an otherwise harmless person up for a lifetime of deceit and living on the edge, one wrong move away from heading back to Criminal College.
