The problem for Biden is that everyone, media and voters alike, is waiting and watching for the next incoherence. (which will come)

No one is listening to what he is saying anymore, so the game is up and everyone knows it but no one in the Democratic party wants to be the first person to stand against him, most would rather wait for 2028.

And for Biden, he would be the first person in history to voluntarily relinquish power if he was to step down, so he won't.

It very much hangs in the balance as to how this plays out.
