If you were USA's president and you wanted to buy a tranche of BTC then wouldn't you buy first and announce after?

If he were to be discussing it today/tomorrow or putting it into speeches, the fiat price of BTC would go through the roof.

Fair enough making announcements at BTC conferences to gain voter support, yet the timing of intended purchases you'd want to keep shtum about or you could be paying a premium.

It seems to me that quite a number of Bitcoiners are waiting to hear comments from Trump or his administration. I don't think we'll hear anything until after some tangible move has been made.
