How to best deal with the downtime of relays? It's a problem for us trying to publish zaps. How do others deal with that?

It doesn't need to get to every relay, just send it to the ones in the zap request, if one or two is down it shouldn't be a big deal
just publish to whichever is on?
If it’s things like relay event rate limits, maybe asking to be whitelisted by pubkey or IP.
Zaps do generate a significant amount of events from the wallet providers.
