Else have a look at StartOS where you can with DIY get also a pretty powerful setup.
(running mine on Mac mini 2012 and migrated from raspiblitz to StartOS in a breeze) but I have a smaller node then yours
When I have time to build my second node on better hardware next year, I will definitely be looking at other options.
