If it doesn't appear, you can still turn it into a PWA, but it would mean your current browser lacks full PWA support.

After converting it to a PWA, you will also gain access to its built-in web browser.

What is the advantage of installing a PWA over adding its link to browsers speed dial?

PWAs will open like standalone apps, providing a better overall experience on this website. You will also have access to the inbuilt browser and some other stuff.
