his company he ran for years made him more then enough money. I think you need to reevaluate because this was not a commoner facing some unjustice. Hes a rich kid & his family has money. He doesn't earn it for going to prison otherwise you might as well donate to p diddy as well because hes earned it for the time hes serving now.

Injustice is injustice, no matter what life you were born into. He had the resources to live a frivolous life, and instead he built a free trade platform open to everyone. It was operated as a for-profit business (how dare he?!) to maintain incentive for growth. Ross had a strict code of ethics about listings not being used to hurt other people, and that was enforced on Silk Road. Comparing him to P Diddy who used his fame to prey on minors and cover up the abuse is absurd on its face.
The feds railroaded him, and stole most, if not all of his profits. Then they attempted to take his entire life, two times over.
