sounds like a silly/1st thought take or a more thoughtful "big ask" for what is fair(if the accuser is proven to make it up, the accuser should get the same sentence the accused would have gotten). I doubt even the fair thing will happen anywhere, all around the world laws have always evolved to make men 2nd class citizens, even if it's in small ways. Anything that could bring accountability mostly to women is unlikely to be adopted
