A bozo from Twitter was watching a live video stream of nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m and thought he was posting from Moscow because the time on his clock was not a time in the USA. The time came from Jack's Bitcoin Blockclock that shows how sats per USD.

Dude then blocked everyone that told him he was wrong. It became a great meme.

The initial tweet, he later fihlgured it must have been Moscow time. A gazillion people tried to explain it, but he kept doubling down on it, literally for days on end.
