I haven't been able to reproduce the issue yet. You mentioned a web client? Are you using Alby or something else? I think I'm going to have to create a fresh nostr key and wallet account. I'm assuming I'm not running into any issues because I'm sending to myself.

I've found that I can't send zaps to myself using alby either. But I can send directly to myself from the extension. I'm trying to track down what the difference is and resolve the issue.
