When I lived in the US I avoided the doctor for just about anything because it had the potential of being very expensive. Now I live in the socialist island of Aotearoa where healthcare is a fundamental right, paid for by my taxes. Now I have to admit that I just don’t like doctors and the medical system. Even when they’re exceedingly nice, and kiwis really are saccharine nice, I have to admit that I just don’t like going to the doctor.
It was scrapes only and I didn’t hit my head, aloe verde will do the trick.

One thing which shocked me about Xiamen, China was how quiet it was. All motorcycles and scooters are electric, and many, maybe most, of the cars are too. Crowded intersections and roads were as quiet as an empty park. It was a bit dangerous because no vehicles made sounds, I wasn’t used to only using visual clues to avoid getting hit.
