#ordinals and #ERC-20 tokens are driving fees through the roof and making a mint for miners and pools. However, miners and pools depend on the smooth functioning of the Bitcoin network base layer in order to get paid. If this starts interfering with miners' ability to get paid, they will absolutely de-prioritize these transactions, in favor of regular payments. There is an argument that they should do this anyway, since there are already much more efficient tools for shitcoinery on the Bitcoin network.

Eventually, this will blow over. The shitcoiners will lose money, like they always do. Bitcoin will survive and continue to appreciate. Stay humble and stack sats.
