They’ve never worked for me. My need for change is constant and ongoing. Always a constant work in progress.

You don’t need some silly date that happens once a year telling you you’ve got to get shit done.

I’m convinced it’s a way for gyms to boost membership

They hope people sign up, forget to go and especially forget to cancel it.

Last year, I learned to focus on systems instead of goals and those are still going strong. It also helped that I recently listened to Atomic Habits. Great collection of tactics. 👌🏻
