Tipping is so flawed!

Tipping is expected in many countries at the moment. It gets calculated in waiters paychecks, waiters get offended if you not tip, etc.

So flawed.

Why am I not getting tips for my work as a programmer then? 😂

I think tips shall go for extra. If I go to a restaurant, I expect to cover the cost of the food, and the people who make and bring my food.

If the waiter is kind, I tip.

If the food is really good, I tip.

If the waiter puts in the extra mile to say something about the food, I tip.

If the waiter suggests something, and it is good, I tip.

Etc...

Tip === Extra miles
