I have lightning address (receiving) and nwc (sending) configured liked this. The nwc connection string is available in your coinos account. HTH

Could be related to the recent coinos outage. I was also affected. I suggest you reach out to them.
Isn't the recent outage fixed? You gotta log out and login.
