Well, the way I see it - as a bitcoiner and ordinary pleb:

Are most alts security? - Yes

Is Howey test suitable to evaluate modern day digital assets? - No

Should SEC help protect people against scams? - Yes

Is SEC doing what it does in best interest of people? - Big NO

SEC is actually taking steps directly against interest of ordinary people. Disguising it as consumer protection. That rotten organization should be dismantled and most its members put in jail.
