It cuts both ways. It's good when people are aware of all.

Portraying employers as exploiters is usually either pretty dumb or disingenuous. There's voluntary contracts and (some level of) competition. Which implies no exploitation.

Having people do your work for you without giving them a say in the direction of the company is exploitation and anti-democratic.

We tout democracy everywhere except for the workplace.

Its a sham.

Democracy doesn't make sense here. It's a contract. If I hire someone to cook a meal for me, I'm still the one deciding what meal I want from their menu.

Actually this meme is incorrectly giving credit to the company. It was the workers union who through tough negotiations pushed Lamborghini to accept these terms.
