70/30 is the secret.

Somehow high fat is low quality but the highest dollar beef on the planet is Waygu.

I’m a 70/30 maxi; they make the best burgers 🍔 hands down; not even close.

The hard part is finding 70/30 grass fed grasa finished. Lots of work for rhe rancher using suet to make it happen.
