Picked up some Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free 100% whole grain bread at Target.

It’s not on the shelves with all the regular bread but on a kiosk near the regular bread.

My Low-FODMAP elimination diet says I gotta stay away from gluten and wheat. I didn’t see wheat in the ingredients, so I think I’m good.

INGREDIENTS: WATER, BROWN RICE FLOUR, TAPIOCA FLOUR, WHOLE GRAIN SORGHUM FLOUR, CANE SUGAR, POTATO STARCH, WHOLE GRAIN OAT FLOUR*, CULTURED BROWN RICE FLOUR, EXPELLER PRESSED CANOLA OIL, XANTHAN GUM, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: EGG WHITES, EGGS, YEAST, SEA SALT, ORGANIC CANE SUGAR VINEGAR, ENZYMES.
