Something happened to my nostr account, all the people I followed disappeared I only see content from the same person even when I log in on any nostr client though I usually use #primal. #asknostr

I asked because exactly what you described happened to me. I created my nsec on #Damus , but I had to leave Damus and log in to #Primal to build my #nostr from scratch. Then, Damus introduced a ‘First Aid’ ⛑️ feature. I logged in, used that feature, and it got fixed! nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s Do you think that if she logs into Damus and tries to use ‘First Aid’ ⛑️, it will help, even though she originally created her nsec on Primal?
Happens to all of us at some point. Bad client nuked your followers. I don't have any help to offer, other than to say you are not alone in this lol

That happens. There's supposed to be a tool that can help restore your follow list, but, I can't recall what it is at the moment.
Use metadata.nostr.com to help restore your following list

If you can, try Nostur and it will see your following list got deleted and will ask if you want to refollow
