How do you exercise your natural right before the state?

In other words, how do you prevent someone from stealing from you without inflicting violence on the thief?

At a certain point violence is necessary and inevitable.

Yes. I say this a lot at the beginning of political discourse : might is right.

Bc at the end of the day, 💀🔨

I think this has been true, but will become less true as property continues to move into the digital domain. Digital property, properly secured, is an allodial title, meaning that the employment of violence offers little to nothing to those who wish to confiscate it

Austrian economics state it simply, violence is always wrong unless it is violence directed at someone else's initiation of violence toward you.

The state will always sell you violence as something bad and that only the state can exercise and that is how you will be educated from a young age.

The reality is that violence is necessary, but you have to be wise to know when to execute it and how.

Without violence, whether active or preventive, there is no way to defend your rights.

How throughout history have countries and states defended their interests?

How throughout history have people defended their interests?

How throughout history have men defended their interests?

Ultimately, how does one defend private property?

There is a tacit pact in which you cede the exercise of violence to the state to defend your rights, but then you as an individual are defenseless and have no capacity to defend yourself before the state but also before anyone else.

This is why the second amendment is so important, it is a pity that many NPCs do not understand it, especially in Europe.

Obscurity mostly but then just cheap defense versus the cost to attack. Make defenses that are more costly to defeat than they are to build.
