In Italian we say "Ingegnere civile".. my dream was big sites or infrastructures like ports or similar. Naval engineering was also a thing I liked. Anyway.. I tried one year and did some exams, but left. 😅
Naval would be awesome.
I was very much drawn towards programs like NASA too. Awe inspiring work in the space program.
My favorite show growing up was Star Trek. Might have had some influence on that. 😊

Civilian, for commodities transports but when he was young in military, he was on submarines. Can you imagine an Italian submarine in the 70ies.. Lol.
