I try to forward load my intake. I usually won't eat lunch, then have steak and butter for dinner. I'll add more eggs if I'm hungry still. I snack on high quality grass-fed butter throughout the day also.

seems like a good plan for busy days. I usually skip breakfast and do high protein/fat lunch and dinner to prime my metabolism and maintain energy levels. Works well with fasting, too.
