Which Wallet? Could be a sub marine swap problem. Basically reserving sats for a channel close.
reduce the sum.
Please send a log if possible and I'll try to figure out the reason:
Settings > Advanced > Send Error Report
You can also close channels from the Advanced menu:
Settings > Advanced > Channels
You might have to reduce the amount to leave some sats for fees. Depends on the wallet provider.
